Buyers who like the Yuehu S5 and want the better-equipped version. Per the launch information it has the same 31.7 kWh battery and 105 kW motor as the Standard, with a claimed range of up to about 330 km (test not stated).
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone paying for performance or range. The VIP differs from the Standard only in equipment, so you pay about R50 000 more for the extras and not for more range. The battery warranty is 5 years / 120 000 km, and we have not found boot size or seat count.
